What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe
We have always followed the highest infection control standards to ensure the safety of our patients and team. Now we have elevated our standards to exceed CDC, ADA, CDA and CDPH guidance for safe dentistry in light of COVID-19. Below is a summary of the things we are doing — and the things we will ask from you — to protect your health. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns!
Disinfection – We disinfect our treatment rooms and common areas between every patient, and each of our treatment rooms is equipped with a medical grade air purification system. We will provide you with hand sanitizer upon arrival and departure, and it is available throughout the office.
Physical distancing – Please complete your paperwork online before your appointment, so we can escort you directly to your treatment room when you arrive. We ask you to limit any companions to only essential caretakers.
Personal protective equipment – We will wear the maximum recommended PPE to protect you and us. We will ask you to wear a face covering at all times in our office, except during your treatment. We will provide a mask for you if you do not have one.
Aerosol reduction – We have the best technology available to reduce aerosol production from treatment, including the Gentle Wave disinfection system which uses sound waves and produces no aerosols during the cleaning and disinfection of the root canal system.
